Single bottles
One-time purchases
A one-time bottle purchase is fully refundable if you are not satisfied. Request it within 30 days of delivery and the full purchase price comes back to you.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders
For those who participate in the subscription model, the refund will be for the cost of one bottle only. If you subscribe and change your mind at any point, your refund will cover the last bottle shipped out of the three, due to the discount associated with the subscription.
The reasoning
Why the refund is one bottle
Each subscription shipment leaves at the discounted Flock price — three bottles at $54 each rather than $72. Because that discount is applied to the shipment as a whole, a refund is calculated on a single bottle rather than the full amount paid.
